It comes from a wild fishery that is internationally recognized as sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council, which means it’s good for the environment and safe to eat.
Easy to cook! You don’t even need to thaw these burgers. Just throw them on the barbecue or pan-fry at medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side.
